i am not a fat girl,actually i am thin,and i am lack of doing exercise often,so i looks weak and bad sometime,and i really tired about that situation,but i am too lazy to wake up early in the morning,i am always feeling tired,and i will appreciate yours suggestions,could anybody tell me a kind of sport that can improve my health situation and make me looks better,thanks very much,by the way the time it spending on the less,the better .

Well since your thin, you can try running or any kind of sport, just make sure you like the sport your doing cause if not, your going to be bored and wont want to do it no more

Aerobics dance (salsa , free style etc ..) will help you to improve your body and look.

wow,dance,it sounds great.actually i like dancing very much,i had  dancing hiphop in a time,but it is a pity i couldn't insisted on it.and now i think i should not give it up.thanks for your recommendment.
