i am not a fat girl,actually i am thin,and i am lack of doing exercise often,so i looks weak and bad sometime,and i really tired about that situation,but i am too lazy to wake up early in the morning,i am always feeling tired,and i will appreciate yours suggestions,could anybody tell me a kind of sport that can improve my health situation and make me looks better,thanks very much,by the way the time it spending on the less,the better .
