"A bridge too far"- With a bunch of Celebritiies - Dirk Bogarde, Sean Connery, Michael Caine, Anthony Hopkins, Gene Hackman, Max Schell...etc- It's about "operation Market Garden" that was mounted by Gnrl Montgomerry in 1944, to defeat the Germans and take Holland back, during WW2. It ended up being the bloodiest plan of WW2. The movie speaks by itself, and is based on true- courageous- facts. I hope you get the DVD set that has the documentary about the film; You'll enjoy.

At home, I watched an old black & white called The Bishop's Wife.

In the theater, Pirates II. (Loved it!)

I'm not one of the talented ones, nor am I the nice one, the friendly one, or the fun one. I'm the mean one. Deal with it.

Punky, Have you ever watched a Movie with Cedric the Entertainer - he plays the character of Sin Lasalle- or Jogn Travolta-Maybe not- which isn't good?

I just watched "The Sentinel", with Michael Douglas, Jack Bauer..errr I meant Kiffer Sutherland,  Kim Bassinger and others, and of course: Never leave your wife/Daughter/Sister alone with Michael Douglas or his character. This time he was having an affair with the first lady, someone knew it, plotted to kill the president and tried and frame him. Guess who came to his rescue??? Jack B..damn it..Kieffer Sutherland.....Anyway..I liked it.
