I think he meant Love is life as long [far] as we know. So don't try to deceat a person pretending that u love him/her. By the way, I don't know what the word "deceat" mean as I can't find it in any dictionary.

i think he meant decive not deceat. decive/deceat = to trick, fool, pretend to be something, somthing is not
