Here's a list of common problems you might encounter, and the solutions.
- First thing to try is CTRL + Refresh (Hold control down and press your refresh button - Internet explorer) - This is incase there were any updates to the software and your client didn't automatically update
- If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache (or use a different browser)
- Don't have a NICK (Nickname) - you must register
If you cannot see the chat windows, you need to get the latest flash player which can be found here:
